I have skimpy, VERY light colored eyelashes and I have dreamed of the day when I could wake up to lush, thick lashes without having to apply mascara or fake eyelashes. My Take: 
I have been using TriLash daily for a little over three weeks and I can tell a difference! My lashes are not only a little bit fuller and longer, they are also noticeably darker. My mother also commented on the noticeable change.  I am hopeful that TriLash will continue to work and that I will have the luxurious lashes that I have always desired! Application is very simple and I try to use TriLash twice a day but sometimes I only apply at night, after I've washed my face. TriLash has not irritated my eyes at all and my eyes are easily irritated by many mascaras so I was really pleased that I could use this product with out worrying about having red, watery eyes later in the day. A Great Stocking Stuffer PLUS a Healthy Way to Start the New Year: alternaVites Review Update

Shampowder Dry Shampoo Review:A Divalicious Beauty Essential

When there's no time to spare to wash your hair...Shampowder!

My Take: I really wanted to try Shampowder because I have extremely sensitive skin and frequent shampooing severely irritates my scalp. I have tried other Dry Shampoos in the form of sprays and traditional powder that you have to shake or sprinkle on your hair. I found the sprinkle on powder to be messy and inconvenient. In both the spray powder and sprinkle on powder, the product comes out in bursts and you have to try to rub the product in and brush it repeatedly to distribute the product throughout your hair. Often, they can leave a white powdery residue on your hair and scalp. Plus it is nearly impossible to get the product where you want it.

Shampowder found a solution to this dilemma though. By putting the talc free mineral pigments in a convenient brush applicator, you can apply as much as you need, where you need it. Also, Shampowder comes in three different shades which allows the powder to easily blend with nearly any hair color. 

My hair is very fine and tends to look yucky if I don't shampoo it at least once a day. As I mentioned above, frequent shampooing irritates my scalp. The oil absorbing, talc free formula in Shampowder not only refreshes my hair, it also helps me achieve healthier hair and scalp because it makes daily shampooing unnecessary. Another benefit is when I use Shampowder, it provides much needed body to my fine hair. I also love the light, subtle vanilla fragrance that works to deodorize your hair. 

To apply Shampowder, you simply dab the brush where  your hair needs to be refreshed. When you first receive Shampowder, you just remove the seal, hold the brush downwards, with the cap on, and tap the side of the container to fill the brush with powder, then dab on the areas of your hair that need to be revitalized and that's it! It took a minute to get the brush filled with powder while it was new but that is to be expected. One thing I love about the design is that the brush has a twist up shield that also locks the cap in place. This keeps the bristles from becoming bent out of shape and also insures that the product won't spill out in your bag! Brilliant! 

My 5 year old also wanted to try Shampowder. She loved it too! Especially the fragrance. She has asked to use it nearly every day and I will put a little bit in her hair so she can smell the vanilla scent but I am careful to save most of the product for myself (yes I am stingy with the beauty products that I love).

The all in one brush applicator and container is very compact and easily fits in makeup bags and purses. This is a handy product to have in your gym bag after working out. It is also great to keep with you during the work day or while you're out and about on errands. One helpful tip is to keep the brush pointed downwards when you have it stored- this way there is ample powder on the brush when you get ready to apply Shampowder.

Verdict: On a scale of 1-5 Stars, I give Shampowder 5 Stars! It is convenient, helps achieve healthier hair, one tube lasts forever and it really improves my appearance by making my hair look clean and adding body.

Truvia for 30 days: I'm Taking a SOYS(Swap Out Your Sweetener) Challenge

I have swapped out my normal sweeteners in exchange for Truvia. While I've ordered many products over the past 2 months, Tsaleach Bath and Body LLC was kind of enough to send me a package containing the items that will be in the giveaway set. The first product is .5 oz Lotion Bar. The lotion bar is an extremely popular item - if not the most popular in Tsaleach Bath & Body's line up.  It is a lush moisturizer that was carefully formulated with natural ingredients to hydrate and comfort dry skin. This is a must have for every mom or modern woman on the go. It is great for men too! This indulgent treat is not only a lotion, it can also be used as a solid perfume, a treatment for dry and cracked heels, cuticle cream and hand moisturizer, massage bar and is suited for all your hydration needs.  I can definitely attest to the fact that it leaves your skin extraordinarily hydrated and smooth. The sweet lili scent - my favorite - is a must have for my purse and I leave one in the bathroom and one in my bedroom at all times. Another use I have found for this versatile little wonder product is for my daughter's hair! It may sound strange but she has occasional flyaways and I put a bit of lotion bar on my hands and run the tiniest bit through her hair to make it shiny, smooth and fragranced. It's also great to keep in your purse so you can moisturize yours and your little darlings hands when you're out and about. The soaps and anti bacterial gels we use on the go dry out our skin terribly and this product replenishes your dry skin instantly. It will be a welcome treat this winter!

The next product is the indulgent and luxurious Goat's Milk Body Butter. It is even more wonderful than it sounds.  This product is a Heavenly whipped souffle that makes you feel so good. After applying this rich body butter, your skin will feel soft and dewy. I love to use it at night before bed. So does my little diva - she has used nearly half my jar! I wish there were words that could explain to you just how amazing this product truly is! Rich, whipped and decadent. It looks and smells good enough to eat! I assure you, once you try this Body Butter, you will be hooked too!


Finally, I want to tell  you about the soap you will be receiving. This isn't just any soap. This is exquisite, hand made soap that is filled with all the finest ingredients. Each soap is supremely moisturizing and they lather lusciously. When you get out of the bath, you have this light beautiful scent and a radiant glow emanating from your amazingly soft skin. I want to go take a shower right now just thinking about it.

From the questions I posed with my first order to every interaction since then, Tsaleach Bath and Body LLC's owner has been incredibly gracious, professional and unbelievably knowledgeable. I have posted reviews before about my love of  Tsaleach products - I hope that you all will try them soon.
