My Take: A plush toy that combines two things that every little girl loves: Pets and Cupcakes-how could anyone NOT love PetCakes? I knew that my little girl would go crazy over these because she is obsessed with owning every plush Dog that she sees and if it is frilly, pink & wearing a hat or hair bow, then she really goes nuts over it. From the moment she saw the PetCakes website, she talked about them nonstop for a week straight until ours arrived in the mail. She was thrilled of course when I presented her with "Coco Coconut"- the adorable poodle with pink frosting and a cherry on top. The real test though was whether or not she would still be playing with Coco a week later - I am happy to say that her PetCakes pup has taken the place of honor as favorite toy and Coco has been with us everywhere we've gone the past several days! We received the four PetCakes that make up Series 1. Since I know how much she loves these and because her birthday is coming up, I hid the other three PetCakes to give her as a big birthday surprise. I know that I will be purchasing a few PetCakes from the latest series for Christmas Gifts or Stocking Stuffers! They are perfect gifts for any occasion and I have a feeling that PetCakes will be one of the hottest gifts this holiday season.
