Farm Rich Review + Product Coupons & Super Bowl Sunday Snack Ideas

I was given the opportunity to review a product from Farm Rich during the holidays and I chose to review their Mozzarella Bites. They were extremely easy to cook -  only 6 minutes in the oven - and I thought they were fantastic by themselves but you could also try them with marinara sauce on the side. They are PERFECT for Super Bowl Parties, Birthdays or any time you need quick, affordable appetizers! Also, my daughter loved them and by "loved them" I mean she wants to eat them at every single meal, every night of the week. I don't mind letting her have them occasionally, as long as she eats her veggies on the side. Since the Mozzarella Bites were so yummy, I have purchased both Quesadilla Slices and Pizza Slices and they've also been a hit. Then today at the store my little one begged to try the Mozzarella Sticks - we'll be having them tomorrow.
Farm Rich has a huge variety of foods, including: Cheese sticks, Philly Cheese Steak, Pizza Slices, Meatballs, and more.
These  make my life so much easier some days! I am a single mom and I help my mother, who is disabled with arthritis & other health problems, take care of my father who has dementia and diabetes so cooking a made from scratch meal every night just isn't possible. I am glad to have found several quick, tasty options that I can serve to my family and not feel guilty. The fact that they taste great, are extremely affordable and require no prep work or clean up just makes them that much better! Farm Rich Mozzarella Bites cost between $5-$6, depending on where you buy them and have at least 52 bites per bag. Each serving has only 130 calories per serving. We usually have 2 servings at dinner(8 bites) which is still just 260 calories and 30% of daily recommended calcium and 14 grams of protein. So a meal that isn't high in fat and calories, takes only  minutes to cook and that my picky little one loves - needless to say I have purchased them several times since the holidays.

Super Bowl Snack Ideas:
Check out the recipes at Farm Rich for your Super Bowl Get Together or anytime you need quick, affordable and tasty snacks or appetizers. They have a recipe similar to one we've used at our Football Parties-we've used BBQ sauce instead of chili sauce also:
 Ingredients:
60 (2 1/2 pounds) Farm Rich® Meatballs
2 jars (12 ounces each) chili sauce
2 tablespoons water, divided
1 1/2 cups grape jelly

Preparation:

POUR chili sauce into a 3- to 5-quart slow cooker that has been prepared with nonstick cooking spray. Add 1 tablespoon water to each jar, then replace the lid and shake the jar to release the chili sauce from sides of jar; pour remaining sauce into slow cooker.

STIR grape jelly into chili sauce mixture.

ADD meatballs to slow cooker and stir to coat.

COVER and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours until meatballs are heated through.

SERVE as an appetizer with toothpicks. Makes 12-15 servings.
Variation: Combine all ingredients in a 3- to 5-quart saucepan. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat on the stove for 50-55 minutes, stirring occasionally until meatballs are heated through. Serve in a chafing dish to keep warm during a party.
