You then receive a code that you need to retrieve your personalized video. Then you will receive an email that will allow you to watch the video. You can watch it right away by clicking the play button below your code.

You can also create a video at PortableNorthPole.tv We used this one also but it takes a bit longer because there are more questions to answer. I like the quality of the first one personally.
