IAVA member veterans can request their $200 certificates for JOE merchandise on The Rucksack beginning October 8th at 12PM EST."

Veterans can register for their free membership at iava.org prior to signing up for the reward, which becomes available at 12PM EST on Oct. 8, 2010 on IAVA’s website.
