If you're a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom, you are eligible to become a member of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA). "In partnership with JCPenney and Joseph Abboud, IAVA has launched “Welcome Home Joe – Thanks a Million.” This national campaign will donate $1 million in certificates to 5,000 Iraq and Afghanistan veterans for JOE Joseph Abboud merchandise, a line of contemporary menswear and accessories available exclusively at JCPenney. Female veterans can request $200 certificates for apparel from Worthington, also redeemable at JCPenney. IAVA member veterans can request their $200 certificates for JOE merchandise on The Rucksack beginning October 8th at 12PM EST."


IAVA member veterans can request their $200 certificates on The Rucksack NOW (these certificates are limited to the first 5,000 IAVA members to sign up so hurry).

So first sign up with IAVA then go to The Rucksack to see if this offer is still available- it was when I just checked so hurry up! 
More Info About This Reward:To be eligible, troops and veterans must be confirmed IAVA members. Veterans can register for their free membership at iava.org prior to signing up for the reward, which becomes available at 12PM EST on Oct. 8, 2010 on IAVA’s website. The first 5,000 qualified entries will receive $200 in certificates to purchase career apparel from JOE Joseph Abboud, a collection of sportswear, tailored clothing, dress furnishings, footwear and accessories for men available exclusively at JCPenney. This is awesome, I signed up and am waiting for them to approve my application, but I have never even heard of IAVA before. So even if I do not get in on the JC Penny gift, there is a ton of info I would have found otherwise! Thank you!!
