Giveaway Rules

Prize(s) will be awarded in a random drawing by Dixie Diva Deals, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway will be binding and final. Winner will be notified on or about two (2) days after winner selection. Winners will be chosen randomly and notified by email, unless otherwise stated. Winners must respond within 48 hours or another winner will be chosen. Winners should allow 6 to 8 weeks to receive shipment of their prizes.

By participating, all entrants must have and list on their entry comment a valid email address (For winner notification purposes only). Please know by participating in giveaways your email address will not be sold or given to any 3rd parties as we take your privacy very seriously.

Only one entry per person, email, and household will be allowed, to gain additional entries into giveaway please see below on how to obtain them.

This giveaway is open to U.S. Residents Only, unless otherwise stated on the entry form.

Winners must provide Full Name along with mailing address for shipping purposes only.

All decisions are final, prizes are non-transferable.

Taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any federal, state and/or local taxes on prizes.

All prizes are fulfilled by the sponsor unless otherwise noted. Dixie Diva Deals is not responsible for lost, damaged, or any delays of said prize.

This Giveaway is open to bloggers and non-bloggers. Your email address must be located within your profile or you must leave it within your comment. If I'm unable to contact you your prize will be automatically forfeited, no exceptions.

All prizes will be specified within the post. A random drawing will take place within two (2) days of the end of the Giveaway.

All winners will be chosen by using random.org.

I will verify all entries prior to awarding the prize.
