These are rare q's. They are for Target but can be used anywhere that accepts Target as a competitor coupons. Publix is one of the places that do accept Target q's. Once you click on the banner to print the coupon, it comes up as a brick coupon. This means that after you print it, you can hit the back button on your browser and print it again. 2 Is the limit though for bricks coupons. I didn't enter any zip code and it still came up but someone said that 90210 works for the Dr Pepper coupons. Keep refreshing the screen until the Dr. Pepper q comes up!
